I just downloaded it for the first time ever and used the link in the sticky at the top of this section.
It tries to load, but ends up crashing (with the "send error report") every time. It seems lots of people are having this problem and I have yet to find a fix. The only thing I notice it doing is adding [noname] in the title bar right before it crashes. I've deleted it several times and reinstalled with the same results. I also deleted the .mis files from the offmiss folder with no luck. Another reported deleting the noname file worked, but I cannot locate that file.
Any suggestions?
