Your rig is better then mine. I get micro stutter bringing up clipboard map. Sometime looking down left or right, but your video card should handle alot more then mine. In a fight I have no stutter or so slight, i rely on a snapshot. Sometimes, near ground i get minor bs, not sure about those details, frames go from 50-60 to ~30. But then Im in ground mode. Eitherway I cant upgrade my graphix, and I run with 22 processes running. You might want to tune a little on rig first IMHO.
I also use DSL, which sometimes sux when wife D/L's some music, apparently I warp a little after 6-7 pm est when better half doing her thing. I seem to be smooth on same team, but apparently enemy see's me warp around these hours. Which I can only attribute to my better half doing her thing, and bandwith at a premium.
