#4  The mouse cursor

You can change it to this if you like. Copy and paste it into your folder. Once there rename cursor to cursor1 and this file cursor and it should wk.

There are a few different ones out there but this is the only one I have.

4) When the update came out, the mouse now has a little line next to it. It shouldn't be hard to fix. It is small so it may be hard to see in this picture, but it's there:

That has been there for quite some time ... it has nothing to do with the update.

I didn't have it until the update. Didn't know it was around before that.

This is just absurd, Mike. How can you ask for a Sun and a Moon that are the correct size. The audacity of you...

Our gunsights are t3h uber sunglass because they block out the glare entirely. Amazing.

It is also completely realistic that hedgerows and trees knock over Tiger tanks. A palm tree/hedgerow should always win a battle between it and a 60 ton tiger.  I have no idea why that tank was so successful in WWII.

as far as the scraping sound on the water, look into one of the player made sound packs. I have the splash sound downlaoded somewhere.

To fix the line on the cursor, edit the cursor file in the AH directory and remove the pixel that touches the side of the image the line appears on (right side I think), making sure no colored pixel is touching the edge.

I think the game needs some kind of physics engine but I am not sure if it's even possible to implement into this game at all.

...Would it be?
What kind? We already have a VERY good flight physics engine.

If you crash in mid air your flight path isn't really disturbed, you just lose pieces of your plane that came in contact with another plane.
Example:

Yea it's "dogfights" and is just solely an example.
When GVs hit a tree or something it should act more like a "crash" then coming to a complete halt.
I am not a expert in the subject so I have a hard time explaining it.

Yes, I understand what you mean. The fact is that lag happens, mid-air crashes can't be accurately simulated the way you wish. Lag is also the reason GVs don't collide as a vehicle might lag into another vehicle causing a collision which sends them sailing (literally). As for hitting trees and such, it would be nice to encounter adverse effects if the plane actually hits it. However, there may be yet another reason as to why it's not coded yet.

I find it unlikely that is what happened.   When the closing rates of these objects are that large, you probably will break pieces (or die) before you go tumbling because of the impact.   Honestly though, and this is the same reason M$ Flight Simulator doesn't do realistic crashing, this is a flight/combat simulator, not a Crash simulator.  Our flight model is very good, and our damage model is fairly impressive.  What more physics do you need?   :aok
