Changing a bulletin board ID sounds simple, but it isn't. It costs me hours of support time because people do not know how to clear thier cookies so the can stop the auto-login into the bulletin board. They get mad at us about it because they do not understand why they cannot log into the new ID.
Until I have time to write something that the end user can use to change the bulletin board ID, no bulletin board ID changes are going to be allowed.
