Cruiser's aft 5-inch battery

I've only had this happen once (the only time I was in this gun), so I'm not sure if it's reproducible. Firing AA rounds from the CA's aft 5" mount works just fine, but if you switch to HE shells it seems to fire backwards from below the mount.
