I don't believe in game mods had the ability to boot anyone from the game nor would HiTech or any other HTC staff would send you that message and then boot you from the game.  I call BS.

I remember once a crapton of bombers were inbound to our CV so i put it on a zigzag course so it wouldnt stop turning and i got a popup in the center of my screen that said something like "Never again command a CV that way" or something then i got booted from teh game. everything was fine when i relogged. anybody know what that was

Sounds Like coincendence, someone was probable unable to take off. So the PM message was from a friendly, then the bombs hit the cv or near it, and you discoed. I still get discoes sometimes near CV's. No clue as to why, I can be on em, or hittnig em, and 2 out of 10 I get discoed.

I should be reported for crap flying  After a two month lay off due to work, I entered the  gladitorial arena known as MW and as expected didn't last long  I think I should be reported for impersonating a decent stick and wasting other players ammo

Only a noob would call you "a cheat".   That is one thing I have NEVER done in this game:   PM someone in anger.   If you do, you should be Banned.

the message i got was not a regular PM. It was in the center of the screen it was like the message boxes when ENY prevents you from flying a certain plane.

Which further proves it's BS.  Moderators (they still in the game?) only had the power to mute (only certain mods, like trainers and CMs had boot privs but only in certain arenas (none were the main arenas)) and couldn't boot you from the main arenas.  The only ones that had the power to do that were those that work for HTC and they wouldn't send you a message for changing a CVs course nor would they remove you from the game for doing what you described.

IIRC mod's can send messages which do indeed pop up like he was describing.

I would be hard pressed to believe that a moderator would do so about non "moderator" type stuff.

But they couldn't boot you from the game like he claimed happened to him.

Now, had he ommitted that part, his story could have been somewhat believable because there have been times when mods let their emotions get the better of them and over stepped their bounds.  Adding the comment about getting booted, pretty much cements his story as nothing but roadkill.
