Random Crashes

The game will randomly crash occasionally after an hour or so of game play. next time I'll try and get a stack trace. I don't have a symbol table/linker map to use so it will just be the hex addresses.

DirectX 10 is too advanced for a lot of operating components in most computers, that could be the problem, how old is the comp/drivers?
More info from the DXDIAG would help as well, sound drivers and everything

DX10 is not the issue, but a proper DXDIAG output would be helpful.
