Zombie game

Has anyone had experience with this game before? Looks new, and it's free. Going to download and play, tell ya what it's like when i stop. I love Zombie games, always gets me nightmares and scares me. 

Anyways I'm going to try it out.

Good luck and hope you enjoy it.  You'll get frustrated though with Combat Arms or any other F2P Asian first person shooter MMO. Not because the games suck, some of them are surprisingly well made. It's the rampant use of 'bots and other hacks and the unchecked cheating that goes on that will ruin your fun.

Thanks Ack, I'll try not to have anything stupid (Hacking/glitching/bots/etc.) happen while i play.

Runescape used to be one of the best things for me, and then everyone hacked and it made getting hard things to earn useless because everyone had that.

I love zombie games, but if there's something I learned from free games, it's that there will be alot more hackers in it than a paid for game.

Some zombie games I play are Left 4 Dead, Killing Floors, and CoDWaW's Nazi Zombie. Can't wait for Left 4 Dead 2!

Ack-ack is pretty much on the ball there.  I really liked Combat Arms, was a great game!... just a shame they had no means to keep ontop of the rampant hackers in the game (and by rampant, I mean I stopped playing because of there being more games with hackers in them than not).  I currently get my FPS and zombie fix off of Call of Duty: World at War on my XBox.

Wich speaking of which, anyone else played the new map-pack that came of for CoD in the past week or two?  The new zombie level 4 and weapon upgrades are a BLAST!  I managed to get up to round 27 on the new map last night... so close to beating my goal of at least 30

How is Killing Floors?

It's actually pretty fun! (my opinion though). Pretty nice graphics, good variety of weapons to choose from (They're adding more as they go along too! Ak-47 and Katanna are the news ones coming out), and alot of fun people to play with! They still have a few bugs to work out, one of the big ones is if you melee attack a Scrake enough he will just stand there and you can get an easy kill, but with the latest update Scarake and Fleshpounders are far more dangerous making Teamwork vital!

The two big things I love about it is you have no retical to tells you were you will hit when hip firing, so it feels more like you're aiming your gun and not a retical. The 2nd thing is custom made maps! Alot of them are actually really fun to play on! Of course, there were some people who made maps were the zombies can't get you making it easy to upgrade your perks, but Tripewire has made it now so they no longer have perks enabled on servers with thouse maps!


Overall I give Killing Floors an 8.5/10, very fun game, but still a few bugs to fix. (Luckily, updates are pretty frequent though)

I have come back with a rating for Combat Arms. I give it 4 out of 5 stars. Great game, even though i have a cruddy computer i put it on low graphics and 800x600 res. Unbelievable, no lag, and even at low res and low graphics the graphics are amazing for a free game. Hackers and glitchers were automatically kicked. 

But i cannot buy weapons and gear. Only rent them for days and months. So i give it

I left because of kids that had no skill and were about as mature as cream. Keep in mind, this was during and right after the open beta. I played it recently when babysitting, and the babysat was part of the problem. I heard about Aces High from some fellow in Combat Arms. He couldn't figure out how to fire the misslies (missiles in a WWII sim? Genius.). The having to only rent weapons frustrated me as well. I mean, if you buy it for a day, you have to play well for at least 4 hours to make back all that money. I get my FPS fix now from Battlefield 1942. At least there I don't get whooped by kids with (f)lamethrowers, but by kids with snipers.
