T34/76 Flamethrower
« on: August 14, 2009, 08:50:19 AM »
Since this hassent been asked for in a long while the T34s took out the hull mg and replaced it with a flamethrower.  This might be troublesome to implament though but its just a thought.

Lol, what would you use it for?  Lol, Aces High would be experiencing some major "wild-fires" in the arenas.

Production of this variant began in 1942 and by end of war 1100 or so OT34/76 flamethrower variants produced and OT34/85 flamethrower variants produced.

Bunkers, Pillbox's, and in the Pacific Theater, Caves were all regularly cleaned with use of a flamethrower.

In point of fact, they were so hated by the enemy that the life span of someone with a flamethrower in their hand was usually measured in seconds.

Until we get a true FPS side to AH, its really not needed.

Ya I agree. On one hand I agree it would be cool but on the other I agree it would cause unneccessary frame rate lockups for a feature that would probably never even be used.

Dont get me wrong. There are plenty of people I'd like to cook inside their turreted tank but I dont think a flame thrower really has a place in AH.

A good constructive use of wishlist forum tho. :salute

Well it would give you something to attack with once your turret is out, deffinitly more effective then the hull machine gun.  But actually pretty useless in this game except in desperate situations.
