One for the early war arena

I would like to see another anti-air vehicle available in the early war arena.  The M16 is just too thin-skinned to be the only choice. A bomb dropped in the same zip code will kill it and a few hits with guns will take the turret out.
I realize that a Wirble is not the answer for the early arena; perhaps you history buffs can suggest something.

I can't think of anything right off the top of my head. Let me check around. One alternative it you're not concerned about mobility would be AA guns that would be attached to a Brigade or probably a Regiment, and MABY a Battalion. Have it take like 2 Min's to deploy a gun.

Yeah Strip... I saw this thread and looked at all of those too.  Looks like for early war, the M16 is about the best there is.  I did find this though:

But... according to all the sources I found, MOST of these guns were made to be either fixed, or towed.  Only 57 are known to have actually been placed on trucks.  Yes... I had to Google my hiney off to find it.  Found it on Wikipedia first, ignored that, but 2 other sources backed it up.  Here was the best one:

So with only 57 on trucks, it wont fit into the criteria to be used here as a self propelled AA gun.  Not to mention, it has lees protection around it that the M16 does.

Sd. Kfz. 6 with 37mm flak gun...based on a 5-ton chassis.

In production from 1941 to 1943 according to a few sources...

3.7cm flak mounted on a Sd.Kfz.7...based on a 8-ton chassis.

Production is sketchy but appears to fit early war critera...

Both would be easily turreted, like most of the flaks, but the heavier chassis should take more punishment.

Yeah... nothing I found had the armor the M16 does... not for EW anyway.
