Any idea when you'll have the offline missions up and running again. I do understand and appreciate all the work you guys have been tied up with as of late. Just itching to play some offline missions for gunnery practise and what not.

Skuzzy doesn't handle that part.  That would be Sudz & Pyro.  From another thread:

There will be a new editor soon as the game settles down a bit.  New editor, film view, and skin viewer as well.
