Well then Lute, you and I are talking totally different things...for one thing if that dxdiag Fugitive posted is Lazerr's system, that is not a video chip on the mobo...secondly removing the chipset driver for a video card or any other peripheral card is not the same as trying to remove the chipset driver for a mobo chipset...and believe it or not if there
is a driver for a mobo chipset that had to be installed in the first place, then it can be uninstalled without a problem and then upgraded just like any other hardware driver...Intel does it all the time with their mobos.
This is where the base drivers, et al should be removed unless the uinstall of the front end management program removes the drivers as well (some do, some don't) but it's best to check here to make sure:
I agree that drive rsweeper has a more intuitive system than driver cleaner...I guess I'm too used to the back end processes of driver cleaner (pro version)...
