B-24 re-done?
« on: August 14, 2009, 10:59:49 PM »
Noticed that the nose gunners position in the 24 seems different.

There used to be this little clear triangle thingie that you could center the gun on.

Its gone.

The whole inside of that gunner position seems totally different.

Better.

Anyone else notice this?

Yes... I remember seeing that the nose gunner position was remodeled in one of the latest patches.  Just cant remember which one.  Heck, it may have even been in the main update.  But I know they did it... so no, you dont have space madness... now get away from the History Eraser button Stimpy...

That shape hasn't been touched at all since 2.12 was released.  If that was what was changed in 2.12, it doesn't ring a bell with me.  Perhaps you're transposing the Lancaster and B24 in your mind.

Narrator: How can he possibly resist the maddening urge to erradicate history at the mere push of a single button? The beautiful, shiny button? The jolly, candy-like button? Will he hold out, folks? Can he hold out?

1Boner: No I can't! Yeagh!

[Pushes button]

:lol

Those were the best cartoons back in college.  I even bought a set of stuffed Ren and Stimpy dolls at a head shop in Tampa back then.  Yeah, I was thinking straight...

Funny thing -- my folks still have them.
