I ran into Dogfite the other day in the MA. After a real fun fight with one of his squadies, i sent out a <S>. After a minute or so with no reply, Dogfite PM'D me and let me know that his squadie had to run AFK, and returned the <S> for him.  Classy fellow in my book

Thank You Mbailey for saying so.  And taking the time to say something good about someone.  You know, I read alot of these forum posts to actually see a pattern in the "angry" pilots.  Whether they are men from a broken home or just angry at the world around them, they just never seem to have something good to say except to the other "Angry" forum posters that feel as they do.  I am working on a squad that was started in February of this year and it has already grown to the maximum of 32 members.  Right now, I have restructured the "squad" and formed a "Group" so that others can join in on the fun of Taking Bases.  Unfortunately, not everyone is online at the same time, so at the present, there are only about a dozen that are online at the same time.  Not the "Horde" that we have been accused of bringing into a base to capture.  I guess the men that I have been training have become so good that it seems like a "Horde" to the enemy.  With this said, and the guys that want to fly with us, I must be doing something right.  Again, Thank You for your kind statement and <S> Sir.  Happy Hunting and I hope to kill ya soon...lol  <SALUTE>

I've been playing AH2 for 3 months now, And i've been a Devils reject for 2 and a half of those...Long story short i wouldnt be with any other squad

Me and a wingman ran into one of your missions tonight, and had a blast mixing it up with your squad. I just wanted to post my appreciation of the fact that the mission you ran was with level bombers and same-plane fighter escort. The way it should be, in my opinion. Too many base taking squads are "NOE only", and use all sorts of planes thrown together, which makes for poor immersion, and poor fun.

Also you guys did a good job of keeping us defenders torn between two bases with some good feint attacks.

All in all, keep it up, and best of luck <S>.

Yes, It was a good fight.  My strategy was to take 3 flights of Bombers from one base to hit the northern base on the coast and three other bombers took off from a southern base to hit the other base south of the base on the coast.  The fighter escorts took off from a totally different base to rally with the first flight of bombers.  The dar bar grew to show a mission in the north while the southern bombers went in unseen and took out the field in the south.  Our northern escorts upped late and didn't have enough alt to reach our bombers in the north to effectively escort them, so the northern bomber flight got took out, which wasn't expected due to your quick response.  In the meantime, while you guys were fighting the northern escorts, i figured you would be low on ammo and run home to land your bomber kills or get killed yourself, which would give them plenty of time to deack the southern downed field and cap it while the downed bombers reupped to take out the northern base on the coast.  We had a CV in the North for backup to supply the troops via LVT's for a capture and provide sufficient air support for low on the deck furballing.  However, in the midst of battle, communication got fouled up abit and we lost the cap on the southern base.  Nevertheless, we ended up in a great mix of battles which included Bombers and escorts, CV planes and GV's, and we ended up capturing both bases and landing several kills and earning a few medals.  I <SALUTE> you sir for a great fight and for your kindness of words in this post.

If you want to learn all about the game, there is only one stupid question, it is the one not asked.  Everyone has to start somewhere....So join us.....try us out...see if you like the make up, the missions, the freetime you have to fly and learn the game.  

We will leave no man behind.  We will come to your aid.  And we will have fun doing it.  Sometimes we go on crazy fun missions just to do something crazy.  Like the PT Boat ride....it is always a hoot.
