Skin downloading in an infinite loop

No matter what, the skin auto-downloader only downloads p38j_1.res over and over and over...saw three others on Country having this issue too.

The same thing is happening to me for the same skin.

I guess that's redundant when I said, "The same thing..."

I'd like to expand on this by mentioning that it only occurs once per session; switching arenas or logging out being the end of a session. p38j_1.res will download once, then no other skins will come until you change session and it downloads p38j_1.res again.

This would be an incorrect version miss match in 2 files, we will fix it Monday.
