I agree with Lusche, mods are quick to mute some minor language infractions, but let drivel stream endlessly across the text buffer.
There should be a clear and concise message on the MOTD or some form of pop-up that states what is not acceptable. I have no wish to read line after line from some obscure song from 1956 or read my fellow subscribers latest political thesis; gun control, health care, Obamism or any other drivel. "You see the sniper shoot that guy on that dvd? there's no  way he done that" "yes he did, I was there" "anyway, obama is stealing all our guns" "Betcha it's the UN as my grandpa told me" blah, blah,blah and more blah.

Im not in disagreement by any means, so dont take this post that way....... however...... if the whole "community" aspect that Ive heard so many times from top to bottom in this game is going to exist, guess what....... people are going to talk about whats on their minds...... otherwise

taking that into perspective....... I also dont think I should have to read about your car, your dog, what airshow you were at, what chuck norris would have to say, how your kids are doing, how your week went, hows your job, or anything else whatsoever  you have to type that is not strictly related to what is going on in said arena at said time period.............

if we are going to keep country channel to the standard that its only there for important communications about whats happening on the map........ then keep it that way and no personal discussions of ANY nature whatsoever... save that for tuned or private channels.....

It's a mere fact: all "offenders" were Americans. Almost everytime I have to start to mass squelch due to politics  it's US players only, and their domestic political issues.

I even agreed with bombrich's statement that German squeakers aren't brighter. I said "only diffence: They don't play this game". But that went unnoticed, of course.

That is one thing I might generalize to my countrymen. They tend garrulous - with the emphasis on tend.

Please simply forward the idea of "turning off" all radio channels, country and local included, to those that may decide upon it.

Generally, I like this sentiment. However, let's remember, this is a subscription service and the complaints come from paying customers. I say give 'em the flexibility to hear what they want because a satisfied customer base will best serve all of our wants.

It will not stop the whiners.  These guys will find "something" to whine about.  Always.  I can only deduce their mothers held them too much when they were infants.
