We have removed another squad due to ‘zero’ attendance issues. Not something I enjoy doing.

Canvass your squad and make sure everyone is willing to participate as a member of the team. If there is any doubt please remove your squad from the event. There are over 500 people participating. They are taking 2 plus hours of Friday night from their families and friends to attend this event. Most of them take it much more seriously then “just a game” and deserve the respect from all who register to keep it at level or two above “just a game”.
No one likes to circle a field for 2 hours waiting for an attack that never comes.
No one likes it when their escorts don’t show up and you lead your squad to a slaughter.
No one likes attacking a field and then returning to base never to see an enemy.
If your C.O. drops the ball, then please pick it up so others don't have to have their Friday night go down the tubes. This is one of the reasons we have pushed for the 3+ e-mail contacts.
