That is quite a significant mischaracterization by you, for at 29, there really isn't much that one can either fly or drive.
That's not true:
Many players do just dismiss ENY 30 planes. And while some are indeed no easy rides, there are a few hidden gems.
Particularly the 109F-4 and G-2 can take on ANY fighter in the game. Did you know the F-4 outturns the Spit 16?
Also keep in mind ENY 29 means a significant numerical advantage. Should be possible to overhwelm a outnumbered enemy with a mix of HOing A8's and BnZ 109-G2's...
Should you happen to find youself fighting the third country: If it has numbers similar to your side, it will have a similar ENY.
Let's face it: ENY 29 is quite rare. (Yes it is, I'm playing almost 24/7 for 4 years now
)
And ENY HAS to hurt when numebr sare that lopsided.... there wouldn't be any point in ENY not hurting anyone at all.
And I have to admit I am always laughing when I hear the "BS ENY! CANT FLY!" screams, and I check the numbers just to find ENY being at 11 only
