Tacloban Tango Frame 3 Event Log Glitch
« on: August 22, 2009, 07:38:08 AM »
Does anyone know who to advise regarding the Event Logs?

VF15 Satan's Playmates sunk the cruiser of our target battle group (and died bravely doing so).

TimRN should have gotten the credit for it.  His log only shows him as taking off and nothing else.

Please advise.  Thanks!

He did damage the ship with two hits, but did not sink it, according to my information.

I will let forHIM know about it.

The logs are way off.

We engaged and destroyed "types" not even listed in our kills, plus are short several kills and assists.

Sorry!  My mistake.  Weasel6 got the ship destroy message from the logs.  TimRN is teh only one not showing events.

 :lol

I SWEAR I didn't mean to open this can of worms!!!!

There must have been a time period when the logs did not capture what was happening. I killed a P47 early during the attack on A89. In my film it clearly shows me take his wing off and the logs also have him bailing out at 22:43, about the same time Stampf kills Goondude (22:45)

No big deal, hopefully just a hiccup and not a major problem with the log program.

Stampf was awarded a kill on Goondude at 22:45:44.  Regardless of what's listed on the event logs, I score using the raw logs, and Stampf's kill is there at the proper time.  We'll make sure ForHim knows.  I would imagine any other irregularities will be correct when I score as well.

The Arabian Knights have glitches in the logs also. they are being looked at. My text buffer said SHIP DESTROYED after my bomb run, however the logs do not give me or any one in the squad the kill for the ship.

Watched my film of last night, Racdogg was in a P47 that came up behind my bombers. He was being shot at by multiple formations and i cut him in half, logs say he bravely bailed and no kills were awarded to anyone on him.

(Not calling out Racdogg in any way btw)  :D
