Instead of marketing a helper, why don't they tell the truth: When you're too fat to wipe your own arse, you have a problem........LOSE SOME WEIGHT, push your fat arse away from the table, idiot!
I know the subject was meant to be a joke, but after having had to help some VERY obese people "clean themselves" for over a decade as a nurse, and having seen some downright horrible wounds that wouldn't heal cause the people had eaten to the point that their circulatory system couldn't keep up anymore and their bodies had become the perfect medium for bacterial growth....it just disgusts me.
