I don't understand all the ooogady booogady computer talk, but the game looks greater than ever.

No problems.

Never really had any problems and I'm runnin a 64 somethin or other Nvidea Mx440.

I don't think that card should have been runnin the old version, let alone the new one.

Just lucky i guess.

This update helped my laptop out a bunch. I have a few skins downloaded (91st BG). I've disabled other planes skins and am not allowing auto downloading of skins. My loading time is probably 5 - 10 seconds max. All in All this has made the game so much more fun on my laptop..

I can't even get it to install. Receiving an error that stdshape.res is not a valid previous version. This occurs both installing through the game, and if I attempt a manual install.

Welp...Pach 4,5 & 6 were increasingly better for me - it got better with each patch   

....unfortunately after #7 I now have massive stuttering - FRs as low as 5-8 (normal yesterday of 60-70) - to the point I can barely land at an empty field.

Off now to check the Help & Support area for info - I suspect we'll see a NEW patch soon.

Low res user here.  Only have bump map and sliders maxed left.  The low res sea and beaches look great.  The sun is a tad harsh.  Ethically a lot more pleasant.  HOWEVER,  the game texture / colours take a little longer to load.  Must say this got better after a few sessions in and out and a total restart and a bashing with "RegCure".

Then the stutters started....big time.  It was that bad I thought my anti virus / spyware had kicked in or the poxy auto updates were loading up.  None were scheduled to run and update are manual.  After some observation I came to the conclusion that other players guns triggered the stuttering.  There also seems to be a sound related stutter linked to vox.

Recap....low res looks loads better  but bad stuttering now

4 month acer pc frame rate 75 now dancing between 75 and 35, 3 discos in 15 minutes never happened before patch 7

I think it all and all looks great..the sun effect on the water on low res is a bit annoying and not to real looking...at lest on my end.But all and all  looks good.Do the boats and Cv's make a wake up close on low res yet?

I have my settings on low also and think the sun on the water looks great!!

Is anyone else getting the sound stutter when someone is about to come over on VOX?
It's very annoying and I can't remember that happening before.

Edit: It does not always happen, just sometimes and I couldn't tell what triggered it.
