2hr country change limit?

Went into blue and went rook looking for fights this AM.  After fighting a squaddie for about 45 min. we went back to orange.  Got a popup sayin 57 minutes till I could switch.

No prob either way, just wanting to know if its a 2 hr wait now. 

btw - I think it's good if it is a new rule.

The timers are fubar.  If you change in blue and go orange you get a two hour timer.  If you change in orange and go blue you can switch right away.  And if you change in any given arena and try and switch while still in that same arena it's one hour.

I heard it was 2 hours now, but never really really tested it because I never switch.
