Forgot who said this while trying to take a base, but the quote goes like this. "I cant help you with ack, Im not in attack mode" This is with only 2 ack up in the town while troops were there, waiting. The rest of the town was down.

You mean those that prefer to work harder and not smarter use Notepad.

@ 4Deck send me a PM detailing what you need accomplished and I will see if I can help you out.

Cheers!

I have been messing around with Joomla on and off for about a year now.  I would really like to take a look inside the brain of the primary developer.  It does some totally bizarre things with the data modeling that have had me yanking my hair.  Fortunately Google has pointed me in the right direction for most of it, and grepping through the code tree for specific items has filled in the rest.  Trying to change the overall display template is nigh onto impossible without knowing how to hand edit the code.  They need a template tool so you can get it to look the way you want.

The actual content management piece is OK once you wrap your brain around how it does things.  Its very easy to assign contributors and editors, but have fun teaching them how to submit updates if they aren't technically savvy.

Notepad++ anyone?

No, this is not a joke.  :aok Joomla is a framework, Dreamweaver is a editor, that is a big difference.
If you just want to edit use Notepad++, it's perfectly fine for scripts.
