I wanted to post here what I think about some of the 1.03 features, but I found that I am not in a good mood for it right now, and if I will start writing it now I would say many many bad words. So not to be affected by emotions I decided to stop it till tomorrow. So tomorrow, if I will see it all from the same angle, I will post here some of my thoughts. Calm down Fariz, calm down.

LOL Fariz..

I felt same last night.. still in shock tonight. Patch seemed to help on some items, but still issues remain.

Hang in there bud; there's hope.. listened to HiTech tonight on the chat box and it seems he's aware of the problems and is workin on 'em.. even while he was talkin to us he morderated the wind shear at 12 and 20k..

Just list the stuff that makes yah nuts.. if we don't tell him; he can't fix em..

I would like to know whats affecting you guys. Ive net run into any problems yet. Had a blast last night, all seems well except for the way i get dumped to desktop when i start up AH..

AC performance hasnt changed. p51 is rock solid..

I do however suggest you recalibrate your Jstick with each update, odd things do happen with updates.

I agree with Wardog...there were some problems, but that is to be expected.  I had a blast last night, even though I got shot down MANY more times than I shot someone else down .

When you are really in tune with your ride and a version, a new version can really screw you up. The version that introduced this map did it to me. Felt like a totaly different game. Lost my SA in particular. Spend some time in the TA. Its up now. Get back in tune with your pony....We knights will be safer for it.

LOL Pongo.. thanks for the kind words. I'll dial in the plane in time. It's stuff like a 20 fps loss that shakes my faith. Having to fly with 10 fps (AND LESS!) when I had 35-40 in a furball is something I'm not gonna 'get used to'.

It'll get fixed; I'm sure...

I hope..

Ok, here we are. Bugs are annoying, but bugs shall be, and I am sure they all will be nailed soon. No big problem with it. But several issues makes me really mad.

1) Nights. I agree, tracers looks good in the night time. So what? Night where icons are seen at 7k, no night fighters, no night bombers -- it seems excessive, adds nothing to gameplay, and is just another fx. I do not like to go out of game every N minutes, tune my monitor to the maximum then turn it back when nights ends.

2) Wind layers. As a b&z pilot I am so annoyed with that I am making now breaks after almost every sortie to calm down. Now how it looks -- I get someone roped, BANG, wind layer. Guy starts losing e and falling down. I am turning after him, ready to fire... BANG. Wind layer. Again. Up BANG. Down. BANG. Up. BANG. Down. BANG. Turning at the wind layer alt makes me dizzy. Turning with gaining alt leads to another BANG. Wind layers change direction of autoclimb, so I cant even afk now, going back I find that my plane flies different direction than when I left it.

I do not see any good impact of a wind layers on a game play, they just makes it frustrating. Well, if the reason of adding them to the game were to annoy me, then they work   If the reason were other, I agree, I am stupid, so pls. someone tell me, how using them makes game reacher and more interesting to compensate that wind layers craziness.

I agree. As a BnZ pilot, I hate them. I wish there was just a wind setting, that it blew at all altitudes in one direction at one speed. I know that's unrealistic, but in RL, you have such a viseral sense of the wind, that it's really just not something one can model.

Wind layers are currently messed up my HT's admission, I think he'll fix them quite soon. Random wind is to come, which is going to be far more interesting

They add to the game by allowing high aircraft a speed advantage (or disadvantage) at different altitudes, which is another tactical consideration.

You bastard, Fariz, you just shot me down as I was alt-tabbed typing this. Premeditated dweebery that is
