Where do we put the missions and maps at now and where do we put them at?

If an old mission has been updated, or if it's a new mission for the new AH version, you place your mission.res file in the MISSRES folder.  Any terrain still goes in the AHIITERR folder.  The OFFMISS folder is no longer used.  If you want to open a mission up in the Editor, the mission.mis file need to be in the TEMPMISS folder.

is the game located in the same location or has it moved?

A fresh install will put the game here:

C:\Hitech Creations\Aces High

To play an offline mission, put the .res file here:

C:\Hitech Creations\Aces High\missres

I think that's all you need unless you're going to build or edit missions.
