Mission Planner Possibility

Forgive my not-quite-awake thinking as I'm sipping coffee, but:

1) Would it be possible to create a Mission Planner that is ONLY visible to your squad and NOT visible to country? Perhaps add two buttons, [Country] or [Squad]? I realize one could simply post a mission intended for the squad. But, if you do not wish non-squad members to join, currently this is not possible unless you arrange a tower mission via text/vox.

2) This is an older request. Would it be possible for one to retain user-chosen skins for an aircraft featured in a posted mission rather than the mission planner kicking the skin to default? The other option, although perhaps more difficult to impliment, would be for the mission leader to chose the skins.

Although I had this in mind for historically-based squads, I do not see how this couldn't work for all squads and individuals. If it is too difficult to code, that is understandable.

I'm no coader, but I don't think it would be that hard to add another drop-down box in the Mission Planner that shows the skins list for that A/C just like how you select ord & such.  If a player doesn't have tht skin for whatever reason, he/she would just see the default.  It would make missions look SO much better.

There should be an option to eject someone from a mission as well ie... you wanna go noe and someone who always grabs alt joins before take off u can eject them?
