Private vox only so you cant vox pm someone. I have to admit i would have kept me from being impetuous a few times.
On the other hand I have had quite a few good chats with better pilots who have shot me down. I will tune and private chat with them for a few, and give a salute. So i would vote for keeping 200 open and text pm open.
I think it is a compliment when I get a PM or anykind after shooting someone down. Just a reframe, makes me get all
