Cell Phone Selection Help
« on: September 13, 2009, 12:33:53 AM »
Hey all, I've had my Motorola Razr for over 2 years now, and the thing is starting to act up, and my contract is out, so I'm looking at a new phone.  I've got a few in mind, and I'd kill to hear some extra opinions on them...I've read reviews and watched videos, but I just can't decide which to get. So, with that being said, here are the phones I'm looking at, in no particular order:

1.) LG Vu
2.) LG Xenon
3.) Samsung Eternity

If you couldn't tell by the phones themselves, I'm looking for something that's great for texting and has a decent camera.  I hardly use Bluetooth, customization isn't a big concern for me, and battery time should be at least reasonable.  From what I've read, the LG's have a common problem with the touch screens not registering a turn with the Accelerometer, and the touch screens for the LGs can also be problematic in General.  I don't mind a learning curve.  All I use the phone for is texting, talking, taking pictures, and other similar basic stuff.  So, help please? :uhoh

different names same phones different companies......... I dunno what the cross platform is since they change the names for different providers

I recently got the HTC Ozone and love it...... but I got it for features you apparently arent in demand of...

for your needs Id suggest the LG ENV3.... whatever they call it over there..... great little phone..... wife has one and loves it
