When ENY are high, what about to pay perk points if you wanna fly plane or drive GV's?

Because then you have to wait an hour to go anywere else. And how does that defeat the purpose? I think it's a good idea.

Sorry, I meant that it defeats ENY's side balancing purpose.  That has much more weight than your disdain for switching sides when you want to fly low ENY aircraft.

what we need to do is stop people from switching coutries where one is about to win the war.  twice last week rooks were about to win and had 20 to 30 people switch and make eny so hight that only goons could fly.

The problem with "just switch sides" is that people are in squads and the have .......AH friends.  Switching sides kinda disrupts that.  "That" is why alot of people come back day after day.

You are sure 20-30 players switched? Or did you see just the numbers fluctuate? Most probably just a bunch of players from the country "losing" the war just logged off or went to the other arena, thus influencing ENY. Because that's what almost always happened in such a situation for years.

rook's members jumped from 90 to 120's in about 5 minutes the other countrie's members went down. I just noticed by chance because i was trying to figure out how many more bases we needed. then about 7 minutes later I couldnt up spit8 cause of eny that's when I checked again.

Get rid of ENY and make it only two countries. 

we need ENY so not evry body Is flying a 262 and having 2 countries defeats the purpose...2countries would also be too easy,or to hard because that means that the players arent being evens out
