US 220 King fisher...I'm sorry I don't have any pics or specs on this plane,it was a torpedo bomber. As well as a reconosiance plane it was given to. The USN and some USMC squads and played a HUGE part in the war

Never heard of it. Just that speaks none to good of its chances. Post some more stuff up here. Can't add anything without knowing what it is.

It's actual name is the OS2U Kingfisher and was the primary float plane used on US battleships.  I believe only one Marine squadron used the Kingfisher, VMS-3 and it was exported to UK, USSR, and Australia.  Honestly, other planes are more needed than the Kingfisher.

Here ya go Spamrock, google is obviously not your friend.

Since it's an Observation Scout aircraft with multiple pontoons,
I'm thinking your research is as shoddy as ever.  In fact, I can not
recall a single type of torpedo bomber that used a catapult launch system.

suspect you of being a shade.

The OS2U-3 was able to carry a small payload of depth charges and 100 pound bombs, not sure if the catapult versions were able to carry ordnance while launched or if the land based Kingfisher squadrons were the only ones to carry ordnance.
