The problem with the B-29 is the nuke. We cant have the B-29 because the same guys posting over and over would never stop about having the nuke. We dont like nukes.

If we gonna alk about the b29, then lets have those 2 japanese jet planes that saw action at the end of ww2.  I think one of them was called the lighting or thunder or something like that.  cant find any info on them anywhere.

Well I know the japs copied the the Me163, but I think only a couple were made before the war ended. I don't know if they copied the Me262. Those may be what he is talking about.

I really wish people would quit talking about a bomber and stupid jet planes. Were not gonna get the b-29, because of the reason chalenge made. Jets our out of the question because a 262 is enough. Jets would make the game unlike it's supposed to be (WWII Flight sim......)

So you say we won't get the B-29 because everyone won't stop shouting about the nuke? Really I fail to see how it would be any different than the slugging matches that B-29 threads seem to devolve into. Usually it starts with someone saying "Oh god, why are we even bringing this up? We all KNOW it will never get into the game" or some squeaker going "we ned teh b29 cause it was super awessome ". The problem is some people won't disscus, and instead they SHOUT, or try to close off the subject.

As for the jet thing, if they had before whatever deadline HT has set, or saw enough action, and was fielded by a country in the conflict, then technicaly it would qualify for being in our "(WWII Flight sim......)"

I agree. I'm not trying to turn this into a "We need the B-29 thread". I'm trying to find out why everyone is so sure it will end the world, while a jet stalks the LW arenas, killing everything that it can get a burst onto, and outruning all but the other jet (it might outrun that too. Not sure, never really checked since I can't fly either.)  when in level flight.

But if you guys want a "We WON'T get the B-29, so deal with it" thread, then go start one.
