Explain what? I already explained how a revamp of that system would be helpful. As to the latter half, money doesn't just poof around. Pretty dang close, but a daily fee vs a monthly one is still 29x/30x/31x as much work per month (not necessarily human work, but still).
how exactly do you plan a revamp of the system and what exactly is the 29x/30x/31x. please be as detailed as possible, since we're doing the same at my company, and who knows I may learn something here. I used to be an accountant before, but that' was 10 years ago. maybe things have changed. and if I remember correctly the daily rate was always more than the flat rate in just about every business I worked for.
the reason for that is that the per use rate is always calculated differently than the flat rate. as an example I'll give u my text messages, the phone company charges 10 cents each. or a flat rate of 200 messages for $5 (they also have the unlimited, but lets keep it simple). I would have to use 49 or less messages to save money on a per use rate than going with a flat $5 plan that offers 200. now I dont nearly do 50 messages a month, but I have the $5 plan for a simple reason, there's been a couple of times that I have gone way more than 50, so no savings there.
now keep in mind if you go on a per use plan, It will not stop at the flat rate (whatever the amount is) and it will be possible for anybody to actually end up paying many times the flat rate for use that's not nearly as much as the average flat rate. I am almost positive that if a per use rate was to be offered it would be on a per minute basis, otherwise it would be unfair to the person that only plays 1 hr versus the one that plays 6 hours, to be charge the same. so be carefull how u wish to save money, this is not a good one.
