How about recon aircraft , so when a country is in the "dark" they can use recon aircraft to "illuminate" a certain limited area if this aircraft is in that vecinity. No new aircraft is needed just another option at the 'Hanger' for cameras or twin seating. without guns or very limited armament. While we're at it how about firefighting a/c for puttin out fires in the bases? (j/k)
