by "heavy" i meant something bigger than a val or a zero carrying a bomb.
Only the H8K2 'Emily'.

Could carry eight 250kg bombs or two 1600kg bombs or two torpedoes.

Ki-43 gets my vote, for sure.  One of my favorite planes back in my Warbirds days for lifting from a field under assault.  I remember one fight where I went toe-to-toe with an F4F and and F4U.  I didn't shoot either one down, but sent one home with a smoking engine and the other one I think left out of pure frustration (and maybe out of ammo?).  Landed with 2 rounds of ammo left and a vastly expanded opinion of myself. :aok  Of course, that lasted all of about two minutes; just long enough to re-up and get smoked before the wheels were fully retracted.

The Japanese considered the Ki-67 and G4M to be heavy bombers.

Mitsubishi wanted to make the G4M a four engined, heavy bomber with protected fuel systems and armor, but the IJN insisted that it be a twin engined bomber.  Mitsubishi repeatedly told them that what they wanted out of it could not be done effectively on two engines.

I thought there was a four-engine Japanese bomber in Aces of the Pacific, but it's been SO long since I've played that.

Maybe the G8N 'Rita', but she never saw service as she was way, way too late.
G8M 'Rita'

Or maybe you remember shooting at H8K 'Emily' flying boats, which were four engined.

I know AotP had PBYs, but I can't remember exactly whether one of the Japanese flying boats was there.

Same with the G10N, the possibilities of that bomber would of been interesting though. Not sure what your gonna do with 20,000Kg of bombs but the buff guys would find something.

The Ki-43 and the G4M would be my first choices....followed by the Ki-84-Ib.

But any early to mid war Japanese plane would be great :aok

Nope. I've mentioned the A5M before as well.

It would be an interesting addition, although the only place she saw any significant amount of combat was in China, and even then was very quickly replaced. It would be interesting, though.
