The Ki-43 and the G4M would be my first choices.

Yep. those are the obvious first choises IMO. Followed by a D4Y and KI-44.

D4Y Is very easily killed you know, but hey if they add kamakazi attacks then theres a use for the Judy. lol

D4Y was, by a large margin, the fastest dive bomber of WWII.  Given that speed is a bomber's best defense, it seems like it would be the hardest dive bomber to stop.
