Long term PM's.

I think it would be useful for people to be able to PM a person in game and make it sit until someone gets in game again.

This would be useful for people to communicate about things like the Deuling Torney or various other things if they dont have a forums account.

Like a PM box in the O'club? It displays a little thing on your main clipboard saying "You have (1) unread message" and you navigate to the O'club whilst in the tower.
