Hell freaking yea!!! I would pay for something like that, you can bet the military has already.

That is sweet, fairly safe at altitude, just cut the thing away if it gets hairy.

I was actually more worried about the take off untill I read the article and saw the he jumps from a plane. I had a little mental image of him bent over running with jets blazing.
