Once you've come to the dark side there's no turning back!  Err, I mean, hope you enjoyed flying the P-38

Would I be exiled if I chose to fly a 109 in this?

Doing that would be like turning gay after dating a supermodel...

i've only really flown 109's on rare occasions. i think i flew some version of it in an fso.

what i don't understand, is how any of you guys can hit anything in them. they're hard as hell to see out of.

Shooting out of a 109 is easy, but what is really confusing is I can't hit a darn thing when flying the LAs.

That is my problem in it i miss 90% of my cannon shots.  I had several times in the 38 v 109 brawl that I fired at more than a couple 38 and just missed them. I will be practicing for next time though. I think I could have a chance if I could get my snapshots to connect.  :D

Don't get me to lying.  Same thing with the spits for me.  I can't hit anything with the spits (I got decent when I was flying the 9 a lot).

i can hit when i shoot out of spits, zeeks, hurris, f6f's, 38's, and most bomber gunner positions.

i just can't see poop out of the 109's......
