Anyone else getting snow yet?

Just started snowing last night, and it's still coming down. About 1 1/2 inches now! I love the winter time, so I'm very happy right now  :) .

No snow here  ( Pennsylvania, near Allentown ):cry

I heard that Penn State ( Happy Valley ) got snow, and also the Poconos.

Guess its getting near that time to get the plow on the truck  :x

Last I heard was State College area was going to possibly get up to 12 inches this weekend.  Nothing here yet, but expecting some tonight or tomorrow. :aok

Snowed (or slushed anyway) in the county south of me last night, but nothin' here. Actually was warmer at 7am than it was at 10pm.

I'm expecting a blizard the first weekend of November, as thats my last encampment of the season. We'll be sleeping in barracks, but still, it'll be a very long weekend doing drill and demonstrations in blowing snow and cold. But it would be neither the first nor last time I dealt with it, so meh.

Snow?

We were skiing Targhee in 12 inches of blower powder with a base under that, over a week ago.

We had snow on the ground in the valley by the beginning of October. Of course we have enough snow in the mountains to ski every month of the year if thats your thing.

A few years ago we got over 60 feet of snow.

If you like to ski/ride blower powder in big terrain, this is the only place to live. :cheers:

Got an inch of snow last week then another inch this week. It's raining today and melting it. It's too darn cold for October.

Hasn't been snowing but it has been raining for a while now, in 40's to... fingers crossed!
