Does anyone know where to download tracker IR profiles or does anyone have recomended settings to start with?

Homeboy has a good tips and tweaks page, found it useful when I first got mine.

Hope this helps, and good luck, stick with it, it takes time to get used to, but (imo) its more than worth it.
