This open to all players in Aces High. 10 PM EST/ 9 PM CST in Special Events Arena 1 Friday night Oct 23.
The first event will be a race using C-47's to capture bases on the MMESA map. Players will all start from A1 and fly to all enemy bases to capture them. No sequence of bases is setup, just choose one and be the first to get there. All town building will be down and all the ack will be down.
The clincher is that after all the players have departed A1, then the CM's will close all airfields. That means players will have to fly to the nearest captured airfield to land and re-arm with troops to fly to another base. Players can drop troops by air or land them next to the towns and maprooms on V bases.
The player with the most captures WITHOUT breaking their goon will be the winner. Friendly collisions will be turned OFF.

The second event will be players dividing into two teams for relay racing in jeeps. Both teams will line up at one end of a runway. The first players of each team out in front of the single file lines will race to the end of the runway and do a 180 and race back to their teammates. The second teammate will race as soon as the first one drives right through or by the second player. And so and so until one team has finished first.
This will be a best of 5 heats for the winning team.
If time is still there then other events will happen on the fly.
