website frontpage is anoying

i wish that the admins would make it so that the video that plays on the opening of the site was not on loop anymore. it just keeps playing and when trying to read somthing on the front page, it helps not to have that video on loop. i understand that you want it to play once for advertising. but really, i shoulnt have to turn down my music just to read the news updates.

The video doesn't even come up on my Mozilla, it came up on IE but wouldn't play until I clicked it, even then there was no sound.
