Got an e-mail on that one, looks like a fairly solid kit IMO. PSU is high enough that you can swap out the GPU and make a fairly nice gaming rig for cheap.

Not bad, I'm not a low level Asus fan though and I wonder about the power supply.

I think  you should check out those components at Newegg.com before jumping in.

basically youre paying full price for the parts and getting a free copy of Win7....... which leaves you for the big tradeoff to decide on....

Im not an AMD expert so I dunno how that chip ranks..... that brand of power supply leaves alot to be desired

the rest of the components dont seem bad...... though Im sure you could do better on the mobo for about the same price

then you have the vid card which would almost have to be replaced immediately to any gaming

so as I said in my first sentence...... for the same price you could get much better components........ but you wouldnt get that free copy of Win7...... of course you could getter better components at lower prices and make up the difference for that copy of Win7

I wouldn't trust that PSU...

I wouldn't recommend Ultra.  Their high end stuff is 'ok'.  Avoid their low end stuff like the plague.
