I been in seattle for last 15 years. I love it, the weather is nice. A lot of outdoor activities to do. Eastern WA is great for hunting, camp trips etc. If you love skiing etc, this is the place to be. All sorts of activities to do.
If you do fly, the air space is not so bad. When you're near Sea-Tac air port area you can't go above 2k, and fly by Sea-Tac is breath taking. It's fun to see air craft landing below ya and those in the pattern above ya.

Why the hell anyone would want to move to the Pacific Northwest, willingly... is beyond comprehension.

Do you ski? Skiing the Cascade Concrete will strength your legs. :)

Those pictures would be the main reason for me.  I'd rather ski heavy powder than the mix of man-made and ice that we have on the east coast :)  My buddy works in Park City now and grew up out east -- says it is a crime to call it snow as we know it.

Could give me something to do...living on an island with 15,000 old people and strict Christian girls with no car is...awesome... :x
