acehigh.exe stop working?????

about 5 times i try to log on.  Once i get on, everything is find that the screen gos black.  Then i get a message the Acehigh.exe stop working.  why is this happening?  What can i do

That's like coming to a car forum and saying nothing but "Guys, my car won't start."

A DxDiag output (the top 1/3 or so), any recent changes you've made to the computer, and any other valuable information you have is required before we can do anything to help.

If you have game sounds on it that may be the problem I had that problem but I got it fixed by turning my sound card accleration down.

Same thing is happening to me.  I can play the game offline, but as soon as I try to go online it give me the same message.  I am running Windows 7.  My DXDIAG is as follows:
