Max speed at sea level is 383mph TAS.
Max speed at 7,200ft is 413mph TAS.

One last point.  A comparison of empty weight power loading between the Yak-9U, and La-7:

Yak-9U: 3.26lbs/hp
La-7: 3.14lbs/hp
