It's the 'pointing skeleton' device that 242 Squadron's Willie McKnight painted on his Hurricane in WW2, it's carried on the cowling of AH Duxford Wing aircraft. There's one on the DuxWing website  http://www.duxford-wing.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=frontpage&Itemid=1 and you can grab it from there.
