Flaps and pitch

I noticed in 1.04 when you dump flaps in the 38, the nose pitchs up  

Also seen it on the first notch of the P-51 and F4U, where as on Lanc and 17 it causes nose tuck.

I remember early in beta there was a big discussion on flaps and pitch.  At that point the flaps were broken and not creating enough lift, but the effects on plane attitude didn't change.  
If I remember the discussion correctly each plane differs on how it will react when flaps are deployed.  Some will nose down while gaining lift while other will nose up.  Some planes the flaps don't create lift was much as they are made to cause stability and drag for slowing down to land.

I may be wrong tho
