51st (The Ghosts) need pilots.

New squad gona be here in a while, I'm trying to get pilots now so the squad won't be empty for the first few weeks....


The squad will have 2 wings, the bomber wing, and the fighter wing. I'm also thinking about adding a GV section to the squad when we have enough members. We still need a wing leader for the bomber wing if anyones interested.

We already have 3 members so far; a bomber pilot and 2 fighters. You can fly any plane you want when were close to base, or furballing, but when escorting I ask that you fly P-47M/N, P-51, P-38, or Fw 190D.

Just give me your in game ID and I'll write it down and send the invites as soon as I can.

Like I said, OK when close to base, and if its the weekly furball plane, but if were escorting no.


My opinion of it as a plane thogh:

I've never really flown spits a whole lot unless you count the seafire. But from what I can tell, shes a great plane.

Ive been doing extremely poor lately.

I seem to have lost all of my situational awareness.  :cry

When I'm done with call of duty I am gonna come back and kick some ass. Preferably Spixteen ass.

Just a couple of notes...

1) There is already a squad called =GHOSTS= in the game. They've been around since at least 1997.

2) The 51st Fighter Squadron was a real squadron and their insignia was a boxing goat:
