You should have posted in tech support help. However it seems you have low end graphics chip and not a card. Just for your information you will not see plane Icons untill they are closer than 1,500 yards. Beyond that you'll only see a black dot....sometimes as far as 6,000 yrds depending on your system.
An upgrade may be required to the best plug in graphics card you can buy.
